On-site Registration

Those not wishing to pre-register to take advantage of lower conference rates may register on-site. Walk-in registration rates will apply after on-line registration closes.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations through December 31, 2012 will be refunded in full minus a $25 (US) cancellation fee. Cancellations January 1, 2013 - February 14, 2013 will be refunded at 50%, minus the cancellation fee. No refunds on or after February 15, 2013.

Privacy Policy and Security Settings

St. George’s Institute will use the information gathered here only for purposes of the Institute and C3 Conference. Information will not be given or sold to outside vendors. Our payment form is secured using industry standard SSL Encryption to ensure that billing information is safe.

If you are interested in attending with a class or student campus group, please contact us with your questions at info@stgeorgesinstitute.org. We want to help expose as many people as possible to the exciting speakers this conference has to offer.

Attire

Business casual attire is appropriate for the conference. Because of temperature variations in meeting rooms, please bring a sweater or jacket for your comfort.

Special Needs

If you have a disability that may affect your participation in this program, please send C3 a statement regarding any special needs at least 10 days before the conference. We will contact you to discuss accommodations.
